RPA

Automate your standard business processes with Robusta's advanced robots.

1. Process Design Studio

Robusta Process Design Studio is the main component that captures the entire process steps and flow during business process automation design. PDS enables the digitalization of a specific series of operations with a visual interface, makes entries in its user interface and creates a workflow process.

Next to configuring each process step manually, Robusta Process Recorder tool listens to user actions while the users perform the tasks on IT applications, captures the actions, and convert them into logical process steps in PDS. Regardless of the position and size of the items on the user interfaces, Robusta PDS works independent of screen resolution and size and easily adapts to different systems due to entity level architecture.

For example, Robusta user can create a report by logging into an application and conducting a search. All these steps can be converted to a single recording session. PDS allows you to record many operations, including clicking buttons and links, filling in the input fields, selecting from a drop-down menu etc.

No-code structure of Process Design Studio accelerates process design and the process flow can be enhanced by adding programmatic control logic. The fact that all these works can be done during the process design is the main differentiator of PDS from any other solution.

It also supports more advanced processes through the component library. For example, tasks such as extracting structured data from a web page or waiting until an image appears on the screen can easily be performed with PDS.

Robusta supports attended or unattended process automations. In addition, tools such as an embedded BPM (Business Process Management) with BPMN 2.0 standard and BRM (Business Rule Management) for managing business rules are supplied. In this way, Robusta customers can separate business rules from process flow logic and the control is given to the end user.

2. Process Orchestrator

Robusta Process Orchestrator allows the system administrator to see the business process from the eyes of a digital worker, thus maintains the process integrity by distributing the workload to the digital workers. The number of robots in the given system, their working status, whether they have a designated task agenda or stability status can be monitored through the PO. With Process Orchestrator, it is possible to reassign the digital workers to different processes. The flexibility and scalability characteristics of the RPA are carried out through this tool.

Features of Robusta Process Orchestrator

Event Scheduler: Allows the execution of specific robotic actions and business processes at specified conditions and time.

Monitoring / Recording: All processes can be monitored by detailed log files related to all of robots’ movements. The special monitoring interface provided to end users facilitates an easy business tracking experience.

Reporting Engine: End users can access statistics related to the digital workers and the business processes through the Reports section and Dashboard. This statistical analysis can be used to analyze and optimize the given business process.

User Management: Provides a Role-based Access features to the end users. It supports LDAP and Active Directory integration.

Security Vault: The digital workers will need login information to work with existing applications. This information should be securely stored and managed. Secure login and access distribution are provided by the Secure Storage feature.

Event Listener: By monitoring specific actions and events in the system, Event Listener enables execution of predetermined actions. For example, when an e-mail arrives or a specific action takes place in the database, it can automatically start a predefined action.

3. Digital Worker

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology, which enables automating repetitive and rule-based processes and activities in a short period of time with the help of software and algorithms, has revolutionized the business world. Robusta Process Design Studio and Process Orchestrator tools are the building blocks for digital workers, namely "software robots".

A digital worker is just like a real employee. It carries out the tasks that are assigned to it by Process Orchestrator. However, it brings significant advantages:

  • Works 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • It can be added to the digital workforce at any time.
  • Its tasks can be changed easily.
  • Repetitive tasks do not reduce its efficiency.
  • It doesn't make mistakes; it always works the same way.
  • It reports all the operations.
  • It can work with minimum intervention.
  • Leaves no-room for human-caused information leakage or fraud.

4. Process Runner

For call centers, the effective use of the agents’ time that is spent with the customers is extremely important. While the agents are communicating with the customers, Robusta Process Runner may perform operations as a result of the communication automatically. In this way, the agents can focus on the real need of the customer, and a significant amount of time can be saved.
